REFUND & RETURN POLICY

All products sold on our e-shop are standard, ready-made items and are not customized. Customers may request a return or refund under the conditions described below.


REFUND & RETURNS

Customers may request a return or refund within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be returned in unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.

Returns are accepted for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Size does not fit
  • Customer not satisfied with the product
  • Product does not meet expectations

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or used
  • Items not returned in their original condition or packaging
  • Products returned after the 15-day return period

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Short description of the problem

After review, we may offer:

  • Replacement product
  • Full refund

IMPORTANT NOTICE
